Q How the subscription process works?

A We upload a new newsletter onto our server on the 24th of each month. The same day an email is sent to all subscribers with pdf version. If you are a new subscriber you will be emailed a link to html and email version of the newsletter. For all current customers all links are updated automatically.

 

Q How do I subscribe?

A To subscribe, click on Order Now button on our home page and follow the instructions. After you complete the process, we will send you an email to confirm your subscription.

 

Q What are subscription services?

A Our subscription services allow you to receive our monthly newsletter in pdf and html and email version. The newsletter is posted on our server and with your subscription you may link to your own web site and offer it to your clients. You may subscribe or unsubscribe twenty-four hours a day. All cancellation requests have to be received by us before the 20th of each month in order to avoid charges for next month.

 

Q Who writes the content for the newsletter?

A All articles are written by professional writers so that you're able to concentrate on what you do best -- selling homes. You are however able to add your own content if you like.

 

Q How do you select subject for your articles?

A Our articles are inspired by real estate related topics on the subjects of interest to Homeowners.

 

Q Can I customize the newsletter with my own articles?

A You can write your own article to your clients and even include photos. It is an excellent way for keeping your clients updated on current market or even giving them a latest client testimonial.

Q How to send an HTML Only E-Newsletter?

A In an HTML only e-newsletter, the HTML code is embedded into the e-mail message. This is appropriate only if you know that those receiving it will be able to view the HTML message.

  • Step 1
    Open the HTML e-newsletter in FrontPage or other HTML editing program so that you can copy the HTML code into the e-mail message.
  • Step 2
    Click on the Code tab to view the HTML code that makes up the page. Select all of the code on the page and copy it (Ctrl + c).
  • Step 3
    Open Microsoft Outlook Express if it’s not open already, and click on the Message menu, and then on New Message.
  • Step 4
    Go to the View menu and click on Source Edit.
  • Step 5
    You will notice that there are three tabs at the bottom of the New Message window. Click on the Source button, and select all of the code in the window, and delete it. Paste all of the code that you copied from the HTML e-newsletter (Ctrl + v). Click on the Preview button to see what the e-mail will look like.
  • Step 6
    In the New Message window, click on To: and in the Select Recipients window, select your group (mailing list) that you would like to mail to, and click the BCC: field, and then OK.
  • Step 7
    Send your message by clicking the Send button.

Q How to send a Text E-Newsletter with an Optional Attached HTML Version?

A This method of sending your e-newsletter ensures that everyone who receives it will be able to read it. For this reason, it is probably the best method to use. The text version will be viewable immediately, and the more dynamic HTML version is available for those that can read it with their e-mail software.

  • Step 1
    Open Microsoft Outlook Express if it’s not open already, and click on the Message menu, and then on New Message.

  • Step 2
    In the New Message window, click on To: and in the Select Recipients window, select your group that you would like to mail to, and click the BCC: field and fill in with individual recipients, or a group (mailing list) you have already created. Click OK.
    Note: By using the BCC: field those who receive your message won’t see all the other recipients in the group.
  • Step 3
    Open the text version of your e-newsletter in Microsoft Word, and copy (Edit > Copy) all of the text. Paste into the main message window in Outlook Express (Edit > Paste on the New Message window).
  • Step 4
    In the New Message window, click Insert > File Attachment. Go to your Desktop and select your HTML e-newsletter. Click Attach.
  • Step 5
    You will now be sending a text version of your e-newsletter, as well as an HTML version for those that can view it. Send your message by clicking the Send button.

Q Can I integrate the newsletter into my existing web site?

A Yes. You can add link to your newsletter that update automatically each month. Placing a link from your Web site to the newsletter on our Web site means that you provide a hypertext connection from your location on the Web to ours, using an HTML command such as:
